I would like to say thankyou to everyone that was involved in a job at my house removing rubbish, tree lopping and stump grinding. Everything went very smoothly from quoting to the finish of the job. I was very impressed with the excellent job the workers did of cleaning up after themselves. Nothing was left behind at all. Last week’s storms caused some damage at my Mother-in-law’s home. I contacted Australian Tree Services and was very relieved that someone was able to come out the next morning. After a bad experience with a different tree service, we contacted Australian Tree Services when a tree was damaged in a storm. We were so happy with the job they did and the price, we contacted them the other day when a tree was damaged in strong wind. As we had a vine we wanted to save on that tree, my husband got out the ladder (the only time he did not tie it to the tree) and fell. This required a trip to the hospital. Our very kind neighbour contacted ATS for us to let them know what had happened, and that he would be able to let them in. Our neighbour was very impressed with the way the men from ATS removed the tree. Not only did they save the native hibiscus which had come up 15cm from the tree, they also saved the vine. This to me is an extra touch which shows how they go above and beyond for their customers. They also left the yard in a tidy state. I have recommended, and will continue to recommend, Australian Tree Services.

Our land is not flat and we needed serious help removing the trees that had been felled and I knew, after consulting a range of 'old-school' chippers that it would take a number of days of manual labour to cut and drag it up to the truck. I saw on their website that they use a bobcat to move the trunks and get to the trees that were of most concern to us. I messaged Australian Tree Services on Sunday and on Monday morning was contacted by Eddie. He came over perfectly on time, as discussed, on Wednesday to quote us. He suggested that it may take almost all the day - if not all. The three men arrived arrived right on time - a great crew. Eddie had also organised a rubbish truck for us. Even though he was crook after discussing the job with them, they all got into their stride and simply 'did their job'. (For those that haven't had a bobcat on their land to do this job - be aware that i the current climate it does get dusty and the bobcat does create tracks), The BC operator was really great at flattening out the tracks as much as he could - but it's a short term issue. Overall, the guys were really polite, their language and their behaviour was exemplary and really top quality. They have now created a benchmark for me in terms of "service" in this sector and will always be my first point of call. Over-delivered, under-promised and the price compares extremely well to all the others - and they really get a lot done in the day. We're extremely happy.

Excellent Service. This is the third time I have used Australian Tree Services (previously much smaller jobs Tree Pruning & Storm Damaged Trees) and once again they did not disappoint. They have done a fantastic job removing several large trees (including stump grinding) on our property, they did exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price. The workers where very pleasant, efficient and professional and I would highly recommend Australian Tree Services to anyone, no jobs either large or small are any trouble for them.

I’ve had a lot of work done by this crew on my property recently, After looking around and getting multiple quotes done, right from the moment I contacted Eddie it was a lovely experience, he was very prompt with ensuring he came out as soon as he could and gave me a quote (which seemed much more reasonable than previous quotes), following this lovely experience they began work within days of me receiving the quote, this work included the removal of multiple large gumtrees and other little shrubs, they ground all of the stumps down and left my yard looking much more presentable then it was when they entered it. They were great to deal with and I could not fault any of their work, they are definitely good at what they do! Would 100% recommend them to anyone needing work done! Thanks again boys!
